I was there about 2:30 The tellers were only giving $5000 pesos with an account. I took out a larger amount but I ordered it last week. I suggest calling ahead to order any large sums.

Yes, there is a 5k limit for cash withdrawals currently.
You should be able to get larger amounts if you order ahead with your banking rep.
I believe what has happened is a lot of people panicked when the transition from Intercam was occuring, and pulled funds out to another bank - so Kapital may be a little cash shy, and is protecting against a run on withdrawals.
I think we need to hang on and let Kapital make Intercam so much better.

My Kapital card works fine on the La Huerta ATM on Maria Asuncion.
Daily limit i think 9000.
Cost 39 pesos

Thank you for the tip about ordering ahead. I was another one of people that only got 5,000 pesos yesterday.

Has anyone had any luck getting a Swift code to make international transfers to Kapital. Every time I call them they tell me they don't have a swift code yet, however I did see banking information posted for the ambulance fund which showed a swift code?

That code is what they gave me at the bank, and so far 3 donations have gone through, one using WISE.

If you use Wise, you don’t need a swift code just the CLABE, international wires do require the code.

Kapital Bank has no money this afternoon. They will not have cash until Friday.
