This month classes will continue Tuesdays and Fridays 9:15 am Hatha Yoga con Fuerza/strength and Tuesday 10:40 am Gentle Hatha Yoga (optional use of chair). At Casa Luz - Calle Boca Del Río 75.

Special event: Saturday December 13 7-8pm - Krish and Ro will return to create their healing sounds through various instruments while we practice gentle asanas/postures for the first 30 minutes. I will be offering optional adjustments for those interested during the second segment. Cost is 250 pesos.
