Yoga con Lola - Clases de Diciembre y Evento Especial!

This month classes will continue Tuesdays and Fridays 9:15 am Hatha Yoga con Fuerza/strength and Tuesday 10:40 am Gentle Hatha Yoga (optional use of chair). At Casa Luz - Calle Boca Del Río 75.
Special event: Saturday December 13 7-8pm - Krish and Ro will return to create their healing sounds through various instruments while we practice gentle asanas/postures for the first 30 minutes. I will be offering optional adjustments for those interested during the second segment. Cost is 250 pesos. You can reserve your spot by paying ahead of time at yoga class or contact me to meet outside of Casa Luz. Yogaconlolita@gmail.com

If you know you will not attend a class, you must give me 24 hour notice so I can free your space to someone else. Come soothe your nervous system after 12 days of cohetes. We meet Saturday evening at 7pm to stretch and soften our bodies in gentle stretches while being in presence to the sacred sounds of Krish and Ro. They brings gongs, flutes, sound bowls and more to create a healing and harmonious experience, very special. After 30 minutes of gentle movement you come to stillness and bathe in the musc. I'll be offering an optional adjustment if desired. Soft touch for the neck and shoulders or maybe soft pressure and lift in the hips available.
