Bending Tree Yoga -- Yoga with Cats! offers a mew class -- Energy Work Basics -- on Mondays 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. starting Dec. 1.
Learn how to live a divinely-guided life.
I'm excited to share the tools I've learned over the years through a variety of venues in order to help you: Find ways to discover your intuitive self. What it feels like "to be grounded." How to tune into your heart space. What it means to "get centered" and how to do this.
and much more.
Classes are every Monday at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 124 Playa Blanca (2 blocks from Martin's restaurant).
Each class is 200 pesos or $15 USD and is available by Zoom. Chairs and mats are available for students.
