Dialysis

Is it possible to have dialysis treatment in La Manzanilla ? I'm getting there in January and will need Dialysis treatment every couple of days. I'm traveling in 32' RV, camping on the beach near Cococs Drinks.

La Manzanilla is very limited for medical care. Colima is probably the closest place for dialysis (3 hour drive plus time for road construction around Manzanillo).
