I was just talking to Anne Wheeler - she'll be at Galeria 10 from 10:30-1:30 today,Thursday.
Anne has a few pieces of encaustic work in the show, and I'm excited to hear about the process and how you can use it to get more depth and translucence into an oil- based painting. Most interesting to me is the fact that you can rework the painting many times after it's dry. Perfectionists beware!
