Need help

The tile floor in my casita has buckled. It runs the whole length of the room in several places. What to do?
Why has this happened? How to fix this?
Who can repair soon?
Any advice appreciated.

Floor tiles lifting is not an uncommon problem here. It happened to us too, here on the beach. The cause? Everyone says something different- concrete mix that was too dry, moisture build up under the tiles, vibrations from construction next door, settling foundation. We still don’t know for sure.
