Screw worm certificates needed?

Has anybody flown with their dog to the states this season? Last year we had to find a vet who issued the clearance certificates. Do we still need to do that this year?

Yes, it’s still required within 5 days of travel. Dr Andres at Mi Mascota in Barra can do this for you.

Thanks, Spencer. That's where we went last year, but nobody was posting about screw worms this year. For a moment there, I was hopeful...

Hi Jeanne. You also need this CDC form completed. We didn’t know this when we traveled at Xmas time this year. We had a super helpful AKAIR agent who helped us complete it at the airport. Can’t fly with out it!
