Hello Everyone,
Find Yoga for Life classes all summer long Monday through Friday 8:30-9:15 a.m. Mountain Time at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 124 Playa Blanca, 2 blocks from Martin's Restaurant.
PLUS all classes are available by Zoom, so if you're not in La Manzanilla, you can attend Yoga with Cats and enjoy the open-sky studio.
I do have mats available for all students attending class in the studio, plus some frozen towels with essential oil for a refreshing class experience. Other services include Reflexology and Energy Work Sessions using ThetaHealing. All energy work sessions are also available by Zoom as well. Reflexology is 600 pesos at the studio or 800 at your location. Energy Work Sessions include ThetaHealing 600 pesos or $35 USD for a 1-hour session; or Energy Work Basics class for a special price of 200 pesos or $15 USD to help get your energy work started and established.
