mitelcel problems

Is anyone else having difficulty with the mitelcel? I've tried several times over several days to top up my service and continue to receive an error message: "This information is currently unavailable. Please try again later". Yes, Telcel online doesn't seem to be working. Do you have and have you tried the mitelcel app? I can connect with the app right now but not the website. (I have an android phone).

Gracias James. I haven't tried the app. Will give it a try on my android. Tried it...got this error message: "This app isn't available on Google Play in your region"???? Ceci

Are you on VPN? maybe that could be a problem?
