mitelcel problems

Posted by Ceci User icon on August 6, 2026, 8:45 am

Is anyone else having difficulty with the mitelcel? I've tried several times over several days to top up my service and continue to receive an error message: "This information is currently unavailable. Please try again later". Any information would be helpful. Gracias, Ceci WhatsApp 314-108-8884 or email: hobsoncecilia@gmail.com

Yes, Telcel online doesn't seem to be working. Do you have and have you tried the mitelcel app? I can connect with the app right now but not the website. (I have an android phone).

Yes mitelcel is a diaster, but I have a solution. I got the claro pay app at the Telcel office in manzanillo (they help you.) it's a regular debicard with a pin code, put money on the card by Oxxo and now you can pay online with the claro pay app on your cellphone things like Telcel the cfé and so on.
