Juan the Water Man

We have been texting Juan for a water delivery, but are getting no response - and his messages disappear.
Not like him at all as he usually responds quickly.
I hope he's okay.
Does anyone have any info on him? New phone maybe?

Hey Carl, he just drove by and brought me water…if I see him anytime soon I will ask him about his message receiving problem.

Are you using whatsapp to message Juan, Carl? I've never had a problem contacting him for water that way.

In my experience, Juan had always been punctual and reliable.
