Looking for a recommendation for an exterminator please!

Posted by Ceci User icon on August 26, 2026, 8:56 am

I'm fairly sure the dust particles I keep finding is from termites. Please pass along any recommendations you may have. Gracias, Cec

Gilberto Vargas has been doing my place for years.
No termites, scorpions, ants or whatever. They're all gone.

Sorry Brown, it depends on square footage and what type of bugs you're trying to get rid of.
I'm under 400 sq. ft and usually pay 1000 pesos for ants and scorpions, etc.
Termites might cost more.
Give him a call.

Bill, I had Gilberto come out to give me an estimate. I have a specific area with termintes. Gilberto quoted 2,500 pesos. I have contacted a couple of other exterminators but have not heard back yet. Cheers, Ceci

Hi Ceci,
When we were in Boca we had a lot of scorpions, and ants. We used Daniel from Fumigaciones Profesionales Núñez. We got his contact from Dr Gabby. They are from La Resolana, between La Huerta and Autlan. But Daniel was always very punctual, on time for the appointment. Very professional.
We didn't have termites, but paid 2400 for the house, studio, bodega, pool buildings and gardens.
