Bending Tree Yoga -- Yoga with Cats has Yoga for Life classes going on meow Mon-Fri 8:30-9:15 a.m. (mountain time). Classes are for all levels, mats are available and all classes are available by zoom.
Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center (Yoga with Cats!) is located at 124 Playa Blanca, 2 blocks from the jardin.

A mew season of classes starts Monday, Nov. 2 which will have 2 sessions of Yoga for Life classes 8:30-9:15 a.m. and 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Attn Zoomers: Starting Monday, Nov. 2 all classes by zoom will be Central Time due to the time change in U.S. and parts of Canada.

Classes are 200 pesos or $15 USD or you can opt for a 6-pack at 800 pesos or $60 USD or a Yoga Pawsome Deal at 1200 pesos or $80 USD.

Reflexology sessions are available all year round. Each 1 hour session is 600 pesos at the studio location or 800 pesos at your location.

ThetaHealing is a type of energy healing that is a tune-up for your body, mind and spirit. Each session includes a conversation of things you would like to focus or work on or just things that come up followed by a guided relaxation energy work meditation that helps release old programs and renew with a higher-vibration.
Thetahealing sessions are also available by zoom at $35 USD. Each 1-hour session is 600 pesos at the studio location.
