Roisin Murphy - Roisin Machine. Maybe my favorite album of 2020 that I've heard - discoey but also idiosyncratic and not without its depths.
Kylie Minogue - DISCO. This, on the other hand, is almost entirely free of personality. It's fine, with a couple good songs, but ends up feeling fairly anemic.
Trevor Horn + The Sarm Orchestra - Reimagines the Eighties. This is a curio I'll probably never listen to again, outside of the quite nice mellow version of "Slave to the Rhythm".
Steve Reich - Different Trains/Electric Counterpoint. Good for falling asleep too, would possibly reward actual attention as well.
Rina Sawayama - SAWAYAMA. Not as good as I want it to be, but it's decent.
