It's kinda boring, yet the people who post there get really into it for some reason. It's endless "song battles" ("Fame" by David Bowie vs "Livin' for the City" by Stevie Wonder--WHICH WILL WIN? The replies get into the triple digits). Youtube clips of old songs here and there. Birthday tributes to musicians.
The best parts are when StEvE brings down the hammer. He runs a tight ship. If someone posts a band he doesn't like, he commands them to not post them again. Also, only his appointed mods are allowed to post those fascinating song battles and The Man will take down anyone else who tries.
Seriously. I don't mind that. The idea of this mundane little Facebook group being run with an iron fist is funny. It's fine. It's too "who gives a shit?" of an issue to care about.
My big question is how did this thing get almost 5,000 subscribers? That's not a HUGE number in the grand scheme, but it's big for silly group like that. I guess StEvE knows some people.
Also, his typing has improved!
