Same- pretty sure I got it right around shutdown (late March)
Was dating a woman at the time and we were just starting to get serious (and the shutdown basically wound up torpedoing that relationship- no big loss though, probably wouldn't have worked out anyway) and I'm pretty sure we gave it to each other because I remember her seeming pretty feverish. But anyway, it was a nonstop feverish headache that lasted at least a couple of weeks- not like anything I've ever experienced (don't really get headaches under normal circumstances). But since it was so early in the pandemic, I couldn't get tested or even buy a thermometer to check my temperature so I can't be sure.
And since then, I've heard about other folks who've had it and headaches seem to be a common symptom in addition to a fever and other flulike symptoms as well as loss of taste/smell (my cousin had it and said soda just tasted like sparkling water). It's mostly sounded pretty mild but I have heard about cases where it was like the worst flu ever and lasted like a month or so.
