Music Babble

I've only seen Faster Pussycat, Kill Kill! I don't know whether I'd call it a great movie or even a good one, but I can see the appeal - it's campy and silly but also not hard to interpret as an insightful attack on mainstream American values and Hollywood filmmmaking. Kind of the opposite of Oscarbait.

It's also not hard to see the influence on everything from John Waters and Tarantino to Jennifer's Body and Showgirls. I'm hit-or-miss on all of those, depending on my mood, but at least they've all got an energy that a lot of movies don't have.
