I mean, I like the comp but found it surprising that someone as hung up on melodic sophistication as Trung would rank a collection of some of The Beatles' most primitive and compositionally uninteresting songs so highly.

I'm with you re: "I Call Your Name" > "When I Get Home" but both "She's A Woman" and "I'm Down" are among the best cuts on the comp IMO (Paul's vocal basically makes both tunes, especially the latter- truly one of the best rock screamers ever, if not *the* best) and "Yes It Is" > "This Boy", though neither is anything to get too excited about.
