Re: apple music is good
I've just listened through to each album once (besides Flash Gordon and the posthumous one) while working from home. Jazz seemed to be the best; Hot Space obviously the worst. It's funny how they kept following trends. I only had a Classic Queen (Greatest Hits Volume 2? It was confusing b/c it had "Bohemian Rhapsody," but then mostly second-rate singles from the later years) cd growing up, so I didn't know many of the deep cuts. "Death on Two Legs" rules. I definitely started singing along with "Headlong," even though I haven't heard it in like 20 years. I think the singles are mostly all good, but really all the post-Jazz albums stink. The title track to The Miracle is cringey even for this band. Also, I don't mind Brian May's voice, but if I had Freddie Mercury in my band, I'd probably just let him sing all the songs.
