2) 50 leg lifts
3) 20 side planks each side
3) 50 more leg lifts
4) 50 push ups
5) 10 forearm curls each arm with 40 lb kettle bell
6) 10 bicep curls
7) 3 sets of 10 burpies scattered throughout the day (burpies may seem silly but they're really the most effective exercise you can do anywhere with minimal space and no equipment- your heart will feel like it's going to explode at first but it's great for lung power and exercises a bunch of muscles at once)
Might have to work up to those #'s but once you do, it's pretty easy (only takes like 20 minutes) and very effective- if you do that shit 3-5 times a week, you’ll see results real quick, especially if you also do a few hours of walking every weekend like I do. And regular exercise might also help get the weed out of your system/lower your tolerance more quickly.
FTR I have a pretty slow metabolism but still pretty much eat what I want every day for dinner and can stay in shape at the same time as long as I do the above routine but also eat light meals for both breakfast (a bowl of relatively healthy cereal- Raisin Bran, Special K, Kashi etc) and lunch (trail mix, mixed nuts, dried fruit, granola and Nutri-Grain bars).
Yeah I guess a half ounce makes more sense- guess I assumed your tolerance was generally still low because it hasn't been long since you started up again. How many bowls/joints do you smoke per day/week?
