He makes out with an alien that he's only know a few days on a planet where their relationship is illegal, and then he and Worf illegally (by both their law and Starfleet regulations) break into a mental hospital to "rescue here" and beat up some of the guards. That was some of the most WFT behavior by any Star Trek character ever.
He falls so in love with a hologram that he met once that an alien mind-control device later taps into the memory and uses it, and that happened years later.
There's the episode where he gets accused of murder and sexual assault, and only the murder is disproven. I don't think the assault was a real legal accusation in that context, but it was alleged, and remember that it did not come from the same accuser as the murder accusation.
