Eddie Money - Take Me Home Tonight (Be My Baby) A- : Played a lot but not TOO MUCH. Very catchy, good tune. One of his best.
Boston - Foreplay/Long Time B+ : The whole first album is played to death, but I think this song has aged the best.
Midnight Oil - Beds Are Burning B+ : Oh man, this song does this band no justice. I mean, it's a good song, but they have so many far greater singles than this. Ever Heard "Kosciusko"?
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit B : One of my Least favorite songs on 'Nevermind'. Noisy and annoying. I used to like it. I LOVE side two of 'Nevermind' SO MUCH MORE than side one.
John Mellencamp - Jack and Diane B : Now I am opening a can of worms. Catchy? Too overplayed? Annoying? Who knows. It's OKAY for what it is.
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody C+ : Complicated. I liked it in 1992 when its popularity was rebooted by that movie. But I don't like it now. Is it too pretentious, or just too played out? It's not worth the time to figure it out.
INXS - Devil Inside C : Lame. They can make a potentially rocking guitar riff sound weak.
Joan Jett - I Love Rock N' Roll C- : Isn't this a cover? Weird Al's version is far catchier. And I am just talking about the music.
Pat Benitar - Heartbreaker D : CRINGE. Especially at the acapella part. I cannot stand this woman's voice.
