What WTS(MG?) really sounds like to me
is a band repeatedly trying, from slightly differing angles, to hit the same vibe as the Stone Roses' "(Song For My) Sugar Spun Sister," and never quite coming up with a song quite as good as that one. I mean it's *that* particular vibe, but they don't have Leckie producing and they use those boring distorted guitars over and over again. And yeah, Liam isn't really a plus either. (I mean, I know Ian Brown was often terrible live, so that's setting the bar a bit low, but I digress)
It looks like I really am going to do the Oasis discography, then...hey, if I can do Tull....
