The shocker is including Christopher Walken; Zorin is usually considered one of the worst performances of Walken's career (in fact, Walken was often trashed as actor for playing too many villains back in the mid-90s, if you can believe it--it was actually doing weird comedy roles and SNL and becoming a popular celebrity to do impressions of that gave him a bit of a revival later in his career). I've never heard anyone defend that character before that list. Ditto for Tanya Roberts, who I'm guessing was cast in the movie *before* Sheena came out and bombed.
I'm not, however, shocked that May Day was included; I didn't like her, but she's sort of a cult favorite because of the general weirdness of Grace Jones.
I think the biggest problem with that movie is actually the same problem as SPECTRE: it's just too damn long and bloated and costly looking. And Moore was pushing 60 and looks terrible and gave a bad performance and then there's everything else.
Blofeld usually ranks higher on that list. I don't dislike Jaws, I wouldn't say, but Moonraker strikes me as a pretty silly film now. Goldfinger, Blofeld and Red Grant are all typical choices.
