So after Choc, Country Greats, and Mollusk, you have White Pepper and Quebec and La Cucaracha.
I love Quebec a lot -- it's mostly very mature, folk/psych-influenced tunes, so that would be my first rec to you. White Pepper is pretty good but a little too radio-friendly for me at points... more hit-or-miss to my ears. La Cucaracha was a relative disappointment, as well... a few good tunes, but IMO, their worst record (worst record, period, not just worst of latter-day era).
But if you like Choc and Mollusk so much, it's hard to believe you won't get a moderate level of enjoyment out of the rest of their catalog.
I mean, hey, you have a... erm, certain sense of humor... the first few Ween records might be your cup of tea, as well, if you don't mind endless stupidity and screaming. Definitely easier to get into them when you're a teen as I, and many, did, but there's still a lot of legit stuff in there. (The Pod in particular is one of the weirder albums you'll ever hear...)
Also, to the rest of the Ween fans... why don't they do a new LP? I would kill for one. All that sitting around during COVID and they couldn't get one together... you can't tell me they still can't write songs. But maybe Gene and Dean aren't on those kind of terms anymore and just like collecting those fat tour checks... I always thought they'd do a great job making new records even after getting old and washed-up. oh well.
