Yeah, The Osbournes started in early 2002, I think that was the point where his image shifted most dramatically. He also put out Down To Earth in late 2001, the last album of his that I remember getting real attention (well I guess I remember people mocking Under Cover), but nobody actually seemed to like it. There were some songs that got exposure but none of them caught on.
The '97/98 Black Sabbath reunion was his last real high point. The Osbourne's was a hit at the time but I think it was ultimately bad for his career, and I think the family said that they ended up regretting the show.
