His last studio album that mattered was Ozzmosis in '95, which has Perry Mason and I Just Want You on it. Not all his fans liked that one but he was still being treated as a contemporary artist at that point, it got attention from MTV and radio stations that played new music. There were people who bought it as their first Ozzy album and became fans. That was probably the last time that happened on a scale that mattered, unless people actually bought Down To Earth just because they liked the TV show and it was the new album. If they did then I doubt many of them still care about it now.
