The Zombies-Odessey and Oracle (always preferred the earlier stuff but this is still one of my favorite albums by one of my favorite bands, features great production/arrangements and many classic songs)
PJ Harvey-To Bring You My Love (2nd favorite Harvey album after "Let England Shake", a refreshingly theatrical break from her early angsty stuff, one of the best albums of the 90's)
Todd Rundgren-Something/Anything? (definitely suffers from double album syndrome and the 2 albums that follow are better and more interesting but there's still quite a few great songs here and Todd's one man band abilities are truly impressive)
Mos Def-Black on Both Sides (basically a companion piece to the Black Star album if not quite as good, surprisingly engaging all the way through despite its length)
Faith No More-Angel Dust (not bad but there's nothing here that wasn't done better by Mr. Bungle- notable that I'm not the biggest Patton fan in general)
