I do think that the driving riff that is easy to remember is part of its popularity.

I think Jumpin' Jack Flash is both similar and better, and maybe the band though so too because it's their most played song, having stayed on the setlist in the 70s when they stopped playing Satisfaction for a while.
If we're citing similar songs that we think are better, I'd also single out Get Off My Cloud.
