Miles Davis-A Tribute to Jack Johnson (pretty solid but generally among the least interesting of Miles's electric albums from the early-mid 70's and I'm including the live stuff, the sessions box includes a lot of material that's better than what made the actual album)
The Who-Quadrophenia (retains the annoying arena rock vibe from the last couple of albums but with inferior songwriting, another case of a bloated double album with a half-developed concept that still manages to overshadow the music)
Steely Dan-Aja (pretty slick even for The Dan but it's got some good material, probably my 2nd favorite of theirs after "Pretzel Logic")
Siouxsie and The Banshees-Juju (only started listening to their albums recently so I have trouble distinguishing them but all the early-mid 80's stuff seems pretty solid and this is probably the best)
Swans-To Be Kind (not a huge fan in general but this seems a bit too accessible for them- even sounding dangerously close to standard hard rock at times- making miss the experimentation of the earlier stuff)
