Nick Drake-Pink Moon (prefer "Five Leaves Left" and maybe the "Time of No Reply" as well but it's still a 5 star classic like all of Nick's stuff and it's nice to hear him without the lush arrangements, kinda wish some of the ideas were more developed but the unfinished nature is sorta part of its charm)
Snoop Doggy Dogg-Doggystyle (the best G-funk/gangsta rap album ever- yes even better than "The Chronic", everyone acknowledges that Snoop is a better rapper than Dre and Dre's production is also superior on this one, nothing else Snoop has done even comes close to this)
Roxy Music-Stranded (know it's a fan favorite but it's probably my least favorite of their classic run, not bad but there's nothing here that wasn't done better on the other albums)
The Byrds-Younger Than Yesterday (like the previous album, I'm disappointed by the lack of psych despite the release date, one of their better albums but I'm generally not a fan)
Boredoms-Vision Creation Newsun (works ok as background music but pretty much falls apart under scrutiny, would rather just listen to the krautrock that influenced it)
Godspeed You! Black Emperor-Lift Yr. Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven! (way too long and the inspired moments a far too few and far between, post rock generally isn't my cuppa tea)
