Been meaning to show my gf "Goodfellas" (one of several high profile classics she never bothered seeing) and this just gives me extra motivation. Ray really was perfect in that one and hold his own against the heavy hitters in the cast. He was decent in bit roles but never came close to recapturing the magic of his "Goodfellas" performance. But by that same token, "Hannibal" is the only flat out embarrassment he was involved with that I'm aware of.
