Do you believe in guilty pleasures?

And how do you define a guilty pleasure? My definition of a guilty pleasure is that it's something that you ENJOY, but don't necessarily ENDORSE. For example, maybe you love "The Hangover Part 2", but in a discussion about great movies you're not going to say "Well, if you like 'Citizen Kane', check out 'The Hangover Part 2'". As for whether or not I believe in them... In theory, no. Especially as I get older. I don't get into arguments about taste and no one can make me feel bad for liking anything. In practice, there is a defiant thrill in discerning the value in something that most of the rest of the world seems to dismiss. Also, dismissed things are the most fun things to write about.
