South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut is certainly better than every episode of the show (that I've seen--I haven't caught up on the last seven or eight seasons of SP, but nobody's been talking about any recent episodes like they're classics, now have they?) barring the "real death of Kenny" episode in season 5 and the Tourette's episode.
I guess you can throw my opinion out the window, though - I'm only an SP fan in passing, I've only seen most seasons of it once, I don't think it was any good at all until maybe its third season (Simpsons did it!! Simpsons did it!!) and I also have to keep Trey and Matt at arm's length because part of me thinks they've honestly been kind of bad for American political discourse amongst young people.
I'm going into the 2011 episodes with Derrick's comments in mind about how he couldn't get into them, thinking that Mike Judge was out of touch and saying things like "what kids go to school in Metallica t-shirts in this day and age"? That's because that's the only opinion I remember registering from anyone here who talked about the show, which was very few people.
Honestly, it's kind of blowing my mind that it's already been eleven years since this stuff aired--that's only three years away from being the distance between 2011 and the end of the original series!!
