Stand Up, Aqualung and Thick As A Brick are all masterful records.
R. E. M. have 16 studio albums if you count Chronic Town and 17 if you count Dead Letter Office.
The Fall - This Nation's Saving Grace is really good, Hex Enduction Hour has two monster classic songs and a bunch of....okayish atmospheric repetitive stuff, their debut is ugly crap, and aside from that all I heard were Dragnet, Perverted By Language and The Wonderful And Frightening World Of The Fall. I liked a few songs apiece off the latter two but haven't returned to them much.
I'm only a "fan" in passing. And then it's mostly just one album.
