My friend put on one of those super long Swans songs off the new album at a bar in rural Ohio. It got 20 minutes in and was cut off - not sure if that was the bartenders or the machines do that automatically. Another time - on my birthday - we cleared out a bar in Charlotte by putting on the entire Bjork + Dirty Projectors album. Those things are wonderful for musical terrorism.
I guess you're right about "Wonderland" vs "Peter Pumpkinhead", but also come on? We were probably the only people - save maybe one or two - in either place to recognize the artist.
