Uh, that is worth a listen, though. Wouldn't have guessed it in a zilion years.
Speaking of "True Love Waits," of course, since we still haven't heard from Radiohead in several years I maintain my theory to you that they have broken up and we just don't know it yet and that that "True Love Waits" was at the end of their last album for a reason.
As for the children's book...those kind of anecdotes would have made me go "COOOOOL!!!" if I were still young, but now I think I've heard too many of them, starting with the old notebook from 1557 that Jimmy Page stole "ZOSO" from, continuing through the lyrics to King Crimson's "Indiscipline" being Adrian Belew reading a letter from his wife and ending with that book written by that Nazi in the 1950s where Eloy got the date "June 5, 8498 BC" from for the sinking of Atlantis. I think a favorite may be the Flaming Lips' "You Lust" where a few minutes of the sound you start hearing these electronic breathing noises that Wayne or Drozd got from some record that was played for kids a long time ago to help them sleep or something like that.
