I like Willie Nelson, but I mostly know him from this comp (the two disc version):
I've heard some of the albums, like Stardust Redheaded Stranger, and Shotgun Willie, but I don't know them well. And I've heard other songs from other places, but "Essential" is what I've listened to more than anythinge.
I saw him live once. I thought the show relied more on his charisma for its appeal. Most of the time he spoke the words more than he sang them, so it was kind of disappointing, even if the atmosphere was enjoyable.
