I haven't seen enough of his movies to have strong opinions on the order, though I'm surprised Casualties Of War is so high since I don't think I've ever heard of it. I think Body Double and Dressed To Kill are probably both better than Femme Fatale, but I barely remember the latter except for the opening sequence so maybe I'm not doing justice.
The funniest thing is the description of Tom Hanks as "Elvis actor". If you need to tell people who Hanks is, surely that's not the best way?
