I guess I don't think any of those '70s/'80s Kinks albums are awful - inconsistent, sure, but they still all have some good songs and most of the others are tolerable. I think Phobia is maybe their only straight-up trash album, but that's partly because of how damn long it is (granted, it's been forever since I last heard it).
