Music Babble

I don't hate the Blayze Bailey (or however you spell his name) as much as a lot of fans. The X Factor is an interesting listen and is pretty good for a big change in sound: it's just overlong and Bailey sounds a little like a grunge singer. Virtual XI has like one good song ("Don't Look to the Eyes of a Stranger" -- hmm, I guess "The Clansman" is a fan favorite, though I remember nothing about it other than it's one of their historical fanfic songs) and is obliterated by Brave New World, endless chorus repetition aside.

For some reason I associate Brave New World with the Sonic-like PC platformer Jazz Jackrabbit. That's a good game btw.

I'd like to have heard a third Bailey album (they had promise in the first one, as I said) but it was not to be.
