I'm open to new Spike as well
I basically liked "BlacKkKlansman" even if it seemed to be a bit overrated at the time (my main issues were with casting). But aside from that one, I haven't seen anything of his since "Inside Man" which was from 2006 and didn't even seem like a Spike film (most importantly, it wasn't very good).
And it's frustrating because he's one of my favorite filmmakers despite the fact that pretty much all his films aside from "Do The Right Thing" and "Malcolm X" are notably flawed. Though to be fair, I haven't watched any of his documentaries and have been meaning to rectify that.
