I purchased a copy of Trainspotting the other day and though I've rewatched it before, this time I wondered if the movie wasn't going to reveal that the dead baby wasn't really in the film. I realize it's part of the point that most of the characters barely react to the dead baby and just go right back to doing drugs, but Jonny Lee Miller's character sheds tears for 30 seconds and then never mentions it again!!! Is this a fail on the movie's part?
I still like the movie, but cripes.
