One thing that made me feel officially old is when hockey players from when I was in high school's sons started playing in the NHL. (Example: Tie Domi (played 1989-2006)'s son Max has been playing since 2015 in the NHL level.) Also, first hockey player born in the 2000s (using hockey mostly because that's the sport I've mostly followed, and 18-year-old players are far from unheard of.)
