Re: Your favorite Saturday morning cartoons
By the time the early '90s came along there were kids' blocks all over cable so I don't really remember what was Saturday morning and what wasn't (or what Saturday morning shows came to the ends of their runs and were picked up and shown elsewhere, like Garfield and Muppet Babies). I know that I did watch Ninja Turtles and G.I. Joe, which may have been in reruns (I remember playing with the toys in at least preschool -- around 1990.) I don't know if you've checked lately, but Saturday morning cartoons are a thing of the past. There are educational blocks in the late morning but before then it's just paid programming/infomercials. I dug Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?. I think that was on lame-ass PBS Kids. Anyone else uncool enough to watch that?
