Music Babble

IIRC was on PBS and was just some old dude doing science experiments with everyday household items in his kitchen with a bunch of kids. Simple yet engaging, whereas both "Bill Nye" and "Beakman" were OTT and often surreal.

"Liquid Television" was a lot of fun and spawned a few series like "Aeon Flux". Grabbed a compilation DVD of that show and it holds up pretty well. There was also MTV's "Oddities" series which included "The Maxx" (adaptation of my favorite comic series from childhood) and "The Head".
