It seems like even if people do end up needing to pay back, maybe it should be little by little with income tax or something, or it cancels out tax returns for those who would get them. I hope it works out for you, 6000$ is nuts.
A long weekend for who, Canada Post, and the government? I think the only person who knew who had a day off today worked at the National Film Board.
