Music Babble

The cover of Aladdin Sane is so iconic, it looks like Ziggy Stardust is the album that should be playing when you put it on, but no, instead you get Aladdin Sane. I'm not so much into Aladdin Sane. Not the biggest fan of Jean Genie either.

I listened to Lodger yesterday, which I'd never actually heard before. I love Heroes and to a lesser extent Low. But Lodger... I really didn't like it on first listen. It just felt extremely unmelodic, unmemorable, and thin. By the end of track 2 I was starting to get annoyed. There seemed to be a couple of good songs in the middle that saved it... Dreading a relisten.
