The Stooges didn't put out any studio material under that name between 1973 and 2007 though, whereas Billy Corgan has put out a number of Smashing Pumpkins albums since reforming in 2007 (he made up with James Iha, but I don't know what Jimmy Chamberlin, the smack addict, is doing any longer.) Uh, not that it matters, because I'll probably forget to hear this.
