I don't remember what dose of CBD I was taking but they were in the form of coconut oil and olive oil-based tinctures (preferred the former because they tasted better). TBH I've never understood the whole THC vs CBD issue or even how they allegedly "work together" to get you high when you're actually smoking weed (FWIW the hash tabs I take these days rather than smoking have 10mgs of THC and no CBD).
