Music Babble

as I've said before, I'm biased because the opening credits were largely responsible for me identifying "I Get Around" as my first favorite song when I first saw the movie at a friend's birthday party at the age of 7:




But while admittedly gimmicky and silly, the first 2 movies hold up as solid family entertainment from the era. Not sure if I ever saw the 3rd one but switching the gimmick to talking dogs instead of talking babies seems pretty questionable, especially since there were plenty of other talking dog movies at the time like "Homeward Bound" and "Milo & Otis").
